The Priyanka Chopra- Nick Jonas relationship seems to be ready for the next stage.
The star couple has allegedly been dating since at least last May but has neither confirmed nor quashed any rumors about the same. But the link up stories need not necessarily be untrue, as both the stars has given some hint of their affection on social media site Instagram.

In fact, word of the singer and the actor dating each other emerged as far back as the 2017 Met Gala, when the duo made their first joint public appearance at the event’s red carpet. Priyanka, however, was quick to dismiss all speculations as baseless and called her pairing up with the American as a mere coincidence, as they both happened to be wearing Ralph Lauren outfits.
THE ‘DEFINITE’ BEGINNING!
But what created a spur of news on social media about their romance was the 2018 Memorial Day celebrations which saw a weekend of ‘hectic activity’. From an intimate date to chilling out with friends and cheering on their favorite team at a Dodger’s game apart from a joint appearance at a screening of the Beauty and the Beast Live.
The following days saw a series of more nonchalant, affectionate dates with continuous flirtings over comments on Instagram, with Ms Chopra finding it difficult to decide whether her ‘boyfriend’ was cuter than a koala bear!
So when netizens thought that it could not have gone more ‘official’, the couple chose to grab eyeballs when Priyanka accompanied Jonas to one of the latter’s family wedding functions.
SOMEWHAT OFFICIAL?
Thereafter, it was time for Priyanka to involve family in the matter that was clearly occupying her heart over the last couple of months. A family holiday to Goa in India also saw Nick accompanying our very own desi girl. Photos and videos of the two emerged on Instagram soon after, with Priyanka calling Nick as one of ‘her favorite men’.
Earlier, Jonas had also captioned a video of Priyanka as ‘Her’ decorated with a heart emoji. Priyanka too followed suit in her Insta update and chose to play with the heart eyed emoticon.
But what made for a turn of events that led to speculations about an impending marriage was Nick’s meeting with Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra prior before leaving for the Goa vacation. The couple also later turned up for the Akash Ambani- Shloka Mehta wedding functions holding hands and posing for the camera in love struck glances.
The couple even flew out together and landed in Brazil where Priyanka was seen cheering for Jonas while performing at a concert. And once again, the duo were spotted hand in hand as they enjoyed a fun day out with each other.
RECENT HAPPENINGS
And what’s even more heartening is that Priyanka Chopra has finally made at least some admission about their relationship. While attending the Vogue x Saks Hamptons Dinner at Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Pee Cee spoke about how it has all been shaping up post the India visit.
Nick had specified that he really enjoyed the trip to this country, and Priyanka considered it to be really beautiful. And just for the record, even as the relationship is blooming now, Priyanka indeed shared that she would very much like to get married.

And now on the eve of the Bollywood diva’s 36th birthday on July 18, Nick is planning for a surprise for his lady love. That involves a getaway to one of Priyanka’s favorite beach destinations. The destination, though, is a top secret and will likely be some place that holds a special appeal for the Quantico star.
