1. Paneer Seekh

Ingredients: 175 grams grated cottage-cheese, 60 grams, boiled mash potatoes, 1 chopped green chili, 15 grams chopped coriander leaves, 20 grams chopped capsicum, 20 grams grated cheese, salt and pepper, 20 grams channa powder, and 10m oil.

How to cook:

●  Keep oil aside and mix all the ingredients

●  Divide the content into equal parts

●  Make rolls in a cylinder shape

●  Pre-heat your air-fryer at the temperature of 180° C for about 4 minutes

●  Coat the basked of the air fryer with melted butter

●  Brush the cylinder-shaped seekh with oil and put them in a basket

●  Air fry them at 180° C till they become golden brown (about 7 minutes).

●  Enjoy your paneer seekh

2. Vegetable Bread-Rolls

Ingredients: 6 slices bread, 2 potatoes of medium size, one onion of small size, green peas (about 1 cup), chopped cilantro leaves (one tablespoon), half teaspoon red chilli powder, cumin powder (3/4 teaspoon), oil.

Steps to cook:

●      Mix potatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, peas, cumin powder and red chilli powder.

●      Divide the mixture into equal parts.

●      Dip the bread in salted water and then squeeze the water from it.

●      Put the filling in this bread and close the rolls.

●      Squeeze out the water from it.

●      Give any shape of your desire.

●      Preheat the air fryer for 4 minutes at 180° C.

●      Coat the basket of the fryer oil.

●      Put the bread rolls in the basket and brush it with oil.

●      Air fry for 1o to 12 minutes at 180° C.

3. Finger Chips

Ingredients: water, 10 ml oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and 225 grams potatoes

Steps to cook:

●      Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

●      Mix salt, garlic powder, and pepper into the water.

●      Soak the potatoes slices in this water for about 30 minutes.

●      Drain the water and then wash thoroughly.

●      Dry them with the help of a paper towel.

●      Brush the fryer basket with oil and put the slices in it.

●      Now set the temperature to 380° F and wait for about 18 to 22 minutes.

●      Wait till they become golden brown and crisp.

●      To make them crispier you can shake them a little and then cook for 2 to 4 more minutes.

4. Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients: half cup rolled oats and half cup oat flour, one teaspoon cinnamon, melted butter quarter cup, 2 eggs, a quarter cup peanut butter, half teaspoon baking soda, one teaspoon vanilla extract, quarter cup maple syrup, one pinch of salt, nuts or chocolate chips of choice.

Steps to cook:

●       Take a bowl and mix cinnamon, salt, oat flour and oats.

●       Put this aside

●       Take a medium-sized bowl and mix butter, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, peanut butter.

●       Now pour this on the dry mixture prepared in the first step.

●       Fold the mixtures and put in the refrigerator for about an hour.

●       Spray oil on the air fryer pan.

●       Take out the mixture from the refrigerator and shape them like cookies and place in the air fryer.

●       For every batch, you can fry for about 8 minutes at a temperature of 350°F.

●       Take it out from the fryer and let it cool.

●       Before you remove cookies you should place it on a cooling rack.

5. Crispy Ladyfinger

Ingredients: 250 grams ladyfinger, salt, two tablespoon gram flour, one tablespoon chili powder, one tablespoon chaat masala, half tablespoon mango powder, and 10 ml oil.

Steps to cook:

●      Wash ladyfinger in running water and then dry it completely.

●      Cut it diagonally.

●      Add red chili, salt, chat masala, and garam masala.

●      Mix the content.

●      Add gram flour and keep aside.

●      Coat the basket with oil and set the temperature at 180° C and preheat.

●      At the same temperature add the ladyfinger and leave it for about 12 minutes or until it becomes crispy.

●      Serve on a plate and add green chili and coriander.
