#1 Consistent sound sleep
Start your self-care resume by paying attention to your sleep patterns. The importance of deep sleep in our physical, as well as mental health, is undeniable. Ensuring a sound sleep of at least 8 to 9 hours every day will not only make you feel rejuvenated but also help you work effectively throughout the day.
The increasing workload & stress is found to be one of the main reasons for less sleep. Hence, put extra effort to strike a balance between your work & personal life. Don’t bring your work to home & you will soon notice the difference! Also, try to avoid consuming tea, coffee or alcohol before going to bed. Don’t forget to pay attention to the lighting of your bedroom so that you always wake up feeling fresh and energized the next day!

Try to manage time effectively so that you can take out time for these little things. These breaks will also give you an inner excitement and make you happy from within. A good company never harms. So, going out with your family and friends can also be fun & memorable.
