Home, Sweet Home! So although home might mean quite a few restrictions for your physical self, it allows your soul to breathe. And living away from home can very well be a listless experience. So weigh down the pros and cons before you think anything about living alone the next time!
Family vibes are the one thing you terribly miss when you have to start staying away. Doesn’t matter that your folks would have irritated you to death if you were there with them. You now long also for the annoyance.
Now that’s one thing you miss the most. You might even looove cooking, but everyday roasting and grilling may not be a very fun idea. And then there’s always “Maa ke haath ka khaana” back home that makes you crave every attachment you have parted from.
Thank Heavens for friends! After all, they become your second family, lending you solace and comfort and warmth and love, and also in most cases, food and a pillow to cry on as well. True saviors!
Even when you may be dying to visit your family after a long, long time, you actually begin to dread being home since you will most likely have so many invitations from so many relatives, because, well, they missed you too!
Comfort lies in your mother’s lap, among your people, somewhere in the midst of choiciest belongings. And when you do leave home, your comfort leaves you too!
“I have to be home by 9”, says your friend, and you smirk as you realise that you are free to do whatever and whenever you want to. But take care, that might go haywire sometime!
DOWN AND OUT!
In case of an off day, there isn’t your family around to uplift your spirits in the way only they can.
You being away from home lends you an outlook about life and yourself that no one would ever have been able to endow you with. Sorta enlightenment!
