Although it is not a replacement of medicines, yet there are millions of people who has the wont to do Yoga daily and had kept doctors at bay. The magic of yoga is that as we begin the basic stretches we can immediately discover where our deficiencies are. If we are really up to, then we should not be discouraged by all these. Some people even claim that yoga gave them more vitality than they ever had in their lives. Even those who began later in life also benefited from its practice. With the suggestion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the declaration by the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) now we have 21st June as The International Day of Yoga . To increase its practice , more Yoga Kendra should be introduced in different parts of our country.

It is seen that there is an uptrend of earning the tag of Evergreen in the glamour world. Most of the well known celebrities are switching to Yoga and it becomes the reason of their fit and young look. It’s a remedy to remain healthy and young for a long time. The secret of being 21 is to live honestly , eat slowly and do YOGA regularly.
Yoga is not a work out, it is a work in. It is a great way to feel more in tune with who we are both on the inside and out ,and to understand how magical our body is as a system.
