Mukesh Ambani has all the wealth in the world to make it big as the richest Indian person for the eight consecutive time as per the latest IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List. While HCL Corp CEO Roshni Nadar made it matter as the richest Indian woman by claiming the 37th spot on the said list.

This is yet another recognition for Indian business tycoon Ambani who has already been richest Indian presencein the list of the richest people in the world this year with his 13th position on the list by Forbes. For Nadar however, the Executive Director of HCL Enterprise who had been named 51st on the Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women list, this is the first ever reign as the numero uno.
The chairman of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani boasts of a net worth of ₹3,80,700 crore, followed by SP Hinduja & Family at ₹1,86,500 crore and Wipro founder Azim Premji with a wealth of ₹1,17,100 crore at the second and third positions respectively.
For Nadar, the cumulative wealth count stands at ₹36,800 crore followed by Godrej Group’s Smita V Crishna and Roshni’s mother Kiran Nadar with a net worth of ₹31,400 crore and ₹25,100 crore respectively. Interestingly in the 2018 list Smita V Crishna was the richest woman in the list with Roshni closely following at second spot. This time however the 37 year old Nadar grew her fortunes by more than 6000 crore to topple Crishna from the top spot.
