#Repost @hihicaro (@get_repost) ・・・ Hit the ground running here in #LA with some amazing things in my inbox. 💌 Here’s a first look at @mihohiranoart’s stunning new painting “Release“ for her highly anticipated solo exhibition #BeautiesofNature. Opening on Saturday, Dec 2nd (my bday woo🎊🎈) the show will debut her largest body of work to date with 15 new oil paintings. Miho’s dreamy images are inhabited by ephemeral spirits at one with their natural environment. She adorns their hair with accessories made of flora and fauna like swarming bees, hummingbirds, and goldfish, each carrying their own weight as elements of beauty and symbols of the artist’s identity. In essence, each of her paintings represents a world where humans and nature can coexist. I’m so excited to share what else she’s been working on – stay tuned to @coreyhelfordgallery for my posts there! To inquire about this piece☝️ please email us at [email protected] or dm me. ❤️
