Playing the role of a Bengali hockey player in the pre- independence era, Gold by Reema Kagti is another of Akshay’s projects that reflects a nationalistic sentiment.
Costarring Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Vineet Kumar Singh , Gold will be released on 15th August this year.
Interestingly, the new poster saw a bilingual release.
A passionate Akshay putting the tricolor close to his heart in the poster incites a spirit of patriotic fervor in every Indian heart.
Producer Farhan Akthar tweeted the new poster of Gold which sees a poignantly angry Akshay with the entire hockey team bracing the background.

A fictional story set against a real backdrop, the Ritesh Sidhwani co- production sees an intense Akshay at his emotive best in what appears to be yet another stirring film.
