Dipika Borkar wins emotionally charged season of India’s Best Dramebaaz

Reality show India’s Best Dramebaaz had a round up of its third season recently, with Pune girl Dipali Borkar laying her hands on the coveted trophy.

The acting reality show has been an emotional experience, with Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre having to quit judging the show mid way owing to being diagnosed with meta static cancer.

Vivek Oberoi, Huma Qureshi and Omung Kumar as the judges had a tough call to make while choosing the most deserving from among a host of child actors. Borkar, who has also earlier participated in dance reality shows Super Dancer and Dance Champions, as also in tele series Peshwa Bajirao, was ultimately declared the winner of the third season of the reality show, that provides a platform for child actors to display and hone their histrionic abilities.

The 10 year old winner of the show revealed that the entire crew of India’s Best Dramebaaz missed Bendre and they had sent a message wishing her a speedy recovery.

Borkar also was looking forward to meeting Bendre as soon as possible, and had expressed her delight on seeing the beautiful actress in a video recorded specially for the show.
