It’s Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor’s birthday today.
Arjun, who turns 33 today, is the son of Bollywood producer Bonney Kapoor.
The last year has brought tremendous learning and opportunities leading me to solidify my belief in gender equality. I truly believe that you and I can reverse harmful traditions, and build a tomorrow that values our girls and encourages them to dream big for themselves. Proud to launch #GirlRisingGame today! Download, play, and feel inspired to end gender-based discrimination. (Link in Bio.) @girlrisingindia #VodafoneFoundationIndia
And on his special day, sisters Anshula, Janhvi and Sonam have flooded their beloved brother with lovely birthday wishes.
Happy birthday Bhai ❤ You are genuinely the kindest, most hardworking, strongest & funniest person I know, with the biggest heart. You’ve always been our “protector” & my anchor in more ways than one – my steadfast support, my shelter from the storm, my strength & my emotional cornerstone. I will always be grateful that you’ve been with me through it all, making sure we are strong enough to withstand anything & that we will always come out on the other side unscathed. Always continue marching to your own beat, because we wouldn’t have you be any other way❣love you to infinity @arjunkapoor 😘💥💯 #MyNumeroUno #AlwaysByYourSide #BlessedWithTheBest #HeartAndSoul #MostFavorite #JuniorKapoors #OmgLookAtThoseEyes 👀
But party mode aside, Arjun would just wish for a little peace and calm for his family as a birthday blessing, in what has been a turbulent year for the Kapoors with the unexpected demise of Sridevi. The Kapoor lad, has, however remained true to his role as a brother and has been seen coming out in defence of stepsisters Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor after the girls were subjected to trolls.
Arjun had also posted a heartwarming post for Janhvi before the release of the trailer of her debut film Dhadak.
Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever @janhvikapoor cause your trailer comes out… Firstly, sorry I’m not there in mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry. I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow ur own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know your are ready for all the madness that will ensue. All the best for #dhadak! I’m certain my friends @shashankkhaitan & @karanjohar have presented you & @ishaan95 as the modern Romeo & Juliet with elan !!!
